I was really hesitant about doing this programme, but there was something about Sam that made me feel brave to try. I can't recommend this programme enough! I deepened my relationship with her parents, I reduced my anxiety so much, I felt purposeful, confident and enough... and believe me I wouldn't have expected that. To me mindfulness means being aware of my actions and taking control of my behaviour. I can regulate my emotions and make better choices. This programme helped me feel more relaxed and calm. Samantha teaches the 1giantmind meditation technique we'll use throughout the programme. The 3rd day is included within this programme.
